In 2006 Jim Chalmers and the rest of the IPR, LLC team successfully immigrated a family to the USA from The Philippines. Since that time Paula Lynn Obanana has become an American citizen and US Olympian! The Minneapolis Star Tribune and the Twin Cities Pioneer Press each wrote about this on August 11th, 2016.
